Chessa: Welcome to our live chat service. How may we help you?
ben: wow
ben: i was waiting for an hour
ben: ok, i requested an EFT two days ago
ben: today it tells me accepted, but my bank doesnt show anything was actually sent
Chessa: Before we proceed, may I ask your security question please?
(edit)
Chessa: THank you
Chessa: Normal processing time for an EFT withdrawal is 1-2 business days, Monday was a US holiday so it will be slightly delayed.
ben: i understand, but it shows up as accepted when in reality it really wasnt accepted
Chessa: Accepted only means that it was set up as a transaction, but not that it was fully processed yet.
ben: so what you are saying is that this is normal procedure, because in the past when it said accepted, my bank actually showed it being there
Chessa: Yes, it is normal, as soon as the transaction is actually sent out, it is posted as accepted, but it is not necessarily fully processed at that tie
Chessa: *time
ben: ok, thats good to hear
ben: one more question please
Chessa: Sure
ben: Will all the american Neteller employees lose their jobs now that neteller is leaving the US market?
Chessa: Our offices are not located in the US
ben: so are u accepting resumes still from US residents?
Chessa: Unfortunately we do not have information pertaining to that at this time
ben: ok good night, and i hope if u do lose your job god forbid Paypal has openings
Chessa: Thank you for using NETELLER Live Chat. We appreciate your business and look forward to assisting you again. Bye for now.
